•    Working with forest department in mitigating forest fires 
•    Active plantation in forest to maintain and in some places to restore natural biodiversity 
•    Providing safe passage to Elephant herds when they enter villages/tea gardens
•    ⁠Providing infrastructure - vehicles, manpower and equipment for daily patrolling activities and protecting forests and wildlife
•    ⁠Working with forest department in treating injured animals / birds / reptiles & assist them in providing basic treatment
•    Providing regular awareness & training to villagers on how to mitigate human elephant conflict issues 
•     Creating awareness among children in schools & colleges on forest conservation and wildlife laws
•    Working with Jaldapara national park to support rescued elephants  
•    ⁠Working to protect and preserve forests and wetlands in Moraghat Forest area 
•    Plantation activities of Ficus on river bed over 3.5 Km to protect forests from floods and soil erosion 
•    Working with forest river bodies which are impacted due to mining activities.
